All returns must be requested within thirty days of receiving the item. Items will be inspected of damage upon return. Time starts upon receipt of product. Generally there are no refunds after one week of service. If there is a refund after one week of service a 25% to 50% handling charge may be assessed on sales price. There is no refund on freight charges. This also applies to cancelled orders and all specially ordered products. Special order items are not returnable or refundable but will fall under warranty provisions. Return unit postage PREPAID, insured and securely packaged, accompanied by test print of problem, invoice copy and note of problem. Units returned because customer did not pull seal or failed to follow cartridge instructions may be charged a production-inspection charge. Upon evaluation, it will be repaired/replaced and shipped back postage prepaid. Pro-rated warranty is void if printer/copier needs service which damages toner cartridge or drum unit. Items returned without authorization or used for diagnostics will assessed a 25% to 50% handling and re-boxing charge.
